Job summary

You will lead a team of engineers, coordinate with stakeholders including SPP and regulators, oversee modeling with PSS/E, and drive the capital budget and long-term planning deliverables while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum eight years in engineering, transmission planning, or operations.
• Five years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission planning for long-term horizons and develop prioritised project recommendations.
• Oversee studies, budgeting, and regulatory filings to meet NERC and SPP requirements.
• Guide a team of engineers, ensure timely, high-quality analyses, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
