Job summary

JPMorganChase in the United States is seeking a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer to drive deep technical work across multiple infra disciplines. You will deploy and manage enterprise WAN designs using Cisco/Arista gear while ensuring security and compliance.

You will leverage AI-assisted practices to analyze complex signals, validate outcomes, and lead modernization programs with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Expertise in networking protocols and WAN modernization with security best practices.
• Experience with enterprise AI capabilities and validated outputs.

Responsibilities

• Applies deep technical expertise to analyze complex data and systems and advise on mitigation actions.
• Uses enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate analysis and document mitigation options securely.
• Plans, designs, deploys, and configures WAN network solutions with Cisco/Arista devices.
• Provides technical expertise to modernize the Enterprise WAN while adhering to standards.
• Manages lifecycle of network infrastructure including deployment packages and docs.
• Troubleshoots complex network issues with attention to dependencies and mitigation.
• Ensures compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001 and shared responsibility models.
• Leads AI-assisted practices to reduce issues, ensuring traceability and auditability.
• Executes work aligned to resiliency, security, and business objectives.
