Qualifications

• Must have formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts.
• 5+ years' applied expertise across campus and WAN domains including extensive wireless experience (Wi‑Fi design, roaming, capacity, interference).
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to C-level leaders in business terms.

Responsibilities

• Applies deep technical expertise to analyze complex data and systems, anticipate issues, and advise on mitigations.
• Uses enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis while ensuring security and sensitivity compliance.
• Architects and implements changes with other platforms to modernize processes and reduce issues.
• Drives multiple complex programs, promotes thought leadership within the product line, and ensures alignment to business objectives.
