Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer to contribute to the Infrastructure Platform Data & Specialty Services team. The role requires deep knowledge across software, applications, and technical processes with specialization in a domain within infrastructure engineering to drive multi-technology programs.

Lead complex delivery across teams, ensure changes are secure, auditable, and resilient, and mentor engineers through design reviews and coaching.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts.
• Experience in infrastructure tech such as hardware, networking, databases, storage, deployment, automation.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted recommendations with resiliency and security in mind.

Responsibilities

• Applies deep technical expertise to analyze complex data and systems and advise on mitigation actions.
• Uses enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate analysis and document mitigation options with proper data handling.
• Architects and implements changes with other platforms to modernize technology processes.
• Drives multiple complex programs and promotes AI-assisted practices across delivery and automation.
