Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Deep knowledge of hardware, networking, databases, storage, deployment, automation, resilience.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support infra workflows with validation.
• Ability to review AI recommendations before implementation for resiliency and auditability.
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Applies technical expertise to projects of moderate scope and delivers solutions.
• Uses enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis and design documentation.
• Drives a workstream across infra tech to modernize the organization.
• Considers data and system implications and advises mitigations.
• Applies AI-assisted practices to identify recurring issues and validate remediation.
• Provides deep cross-cloud support for thousands of technologists.
• Builds self-service tools, telemetry, guides, and automation.
• Partners with engineering and product teams to close issues and drive product improvement.
• Demonstrates learning and teaching as features roll out.
• Provides 24/7 on-call support across time zones.
