Job summary

JPMorganChase invites a Senior Manager of Infrastructure Engineering to lead and mentor technology teams in delivering resilient, AI-assisted infrastructure solutions within Consumer & Community Banking. You will drive architectural decisions, guide engineers, and ensure alignment with security, resiliency, and risk controls throughout project lifecycles.

You will champion AI-enabled delivery, governance, and auditing practices, partnering with security and technology stakeholders to balance

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts
• 5+ years of applied infrastructure experience
• Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure cloud platforms and scripting (Python)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices; reporting dashboards (Tableau)
• Familiarity with CMDBs and asset lifecycle governance; risk & controls oversight

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technical teams; provide guidance and expectations
• Promote reuse-first adoption of AI capabilities with human-in-the-loop validation
• Anticipate team needs and mitigate dependencies
• Manage stakeholders; ensure compliance, risk, SLAs and business requirements
• Apply expertise to moderate-to-large scope projects; contribute to staffing & budget decisions
• Establish standards for AI-assisted workflows; ensure traceability & auditability
