Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• OO programming with Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, or Python.
• Experience with web technologies: JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, JSON, Ajax.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement, test and deliver highly scalable products.
• Master development process, culture and codebase, then improve it.
• Operate in a hybrid engineering model with ownership of code quality.
• Mentor others in technologies, tools, and processes.
• Present designs to groups and review peers' designs.
• Develop test strategies and automation to increase coverage.
• Participate in on-call rotation to keep services reliable.
• Build production-grade software using modern engineering practices with AI integration.
• Design complex systems where AI agents integrate into human workflows.
• Contribute to a shared system context for reliable AI operation.
• Critically evaluate code for correctness, quality, security, and performance.
