Salesforce is hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer (Mid, Senior, Lead) to craft scalable products for enterprise customers. You will work across the stack with Java, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks, applying AI tools to accelerate development while ensuring security and reliability.

The role embraces a hybrid model and collaboration across autonomous teams. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in software development, strong OO skills, experience with web tech and databases, and a genuine

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one OO language (Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, Ruby, Python).
• Proficiency in a high-level language and web framework (NodeJS, Express, Hapi).
• Understanding of web technologies: JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, Ajax.
• Experience with SQL/relational databases and testing (JUnit, Selenium).
• AI-first engineering mindset; using AI to move faster and improve quality.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Codex).
• Advanced prompt engineering and structured system context.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement, test and deliver highly scalable products.
• Master development process, culture, and code base; continuous improvement.
• Operate in a hybrid model; ensure code quality in own work and peers' work.
• Mentor others in development technologies, tools, and processes.
• Present and review designs with teams; collaborate across groups.
• Develop test strategies and automation frameworks; increase test coverage.
• Participate in on-call rotations to keep services available.
• Build and ship production-grade software with AI as a core workflow.
