JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to steer the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications and automation across Tier 3 R&D data centers. You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and drive strategic technology decisions in a secure, resilient cloud-native environment.

You will work with Java, Python, Node.js, React/Angular, and modern backend services, while implementing CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and ML-enabled infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied software engineering experience with people leadership
• 2+ years leading technologists to solve complex technical items
• Hands-on design, development, testing, and operational stability
• Strong knowledge of cloud, AI/ML concepts, and modern web technologies

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to teams, contractors, and vendors
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review others' work
• Lead design and development of full-stack apps using Java, Python, Node.js, and React/Angular
• Architect scalable backend services and RESTful APIs
• Drive CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and IaC with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Ansible
• Collaborate to embed AI into SDLC pipelines and dashboards
• Maintain/optimize VMware environments with automation-first approach
• Influence product design and technical operations decisions
• Implement automation workflows for provisioning, monitoring, and compliance
• Develop AI models for capacity forecasting and anomaly detection
