Job summary

Foth is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Lead Environmental Scientist/Engineer to grow our environmental compliance presence in the Southeast U.S.

The role serves as a key leader expanding our regional footprint while delivering high-quality technical services to industrial clients, with preferred bases in Jacksonville, FL; Memphis, TN; Cullman, AL; or Columbia, SC, and remote options in several states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• 10+ years of environmental consulting experience with industrial clients.
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and cross-functional team leadership.
• PE or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary environmental compliance projects across the Southeast U.S.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and pricing strategies to win new projects.
• Mentor and develop staff supporting Southeast projects and help build a regional team.
• Serve as project manager and client advisor for key accounts and manage regulatory nuances across states.
• Travel within the Southeast to support client development and project execution.
• Represent Foth at industry events and regional associations.
