Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• PE licensure (eligibility or interest) and valid driver's license.
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER and 8-hour refresher.
• Experience with remediation technologies and health & safety.
• Strong regulatory knowledge (state/federal) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute engineering tasks under RCRA and CERCLA programs (RI/FS, RD, RA, post-remediation).
• Provide engineering support for remediation of soils, groundwater, and sediments.
• Prepare and finalize technical documents (regulatory reports, work plans, design specs).
• Develop scopes of work, planning, and routine task execution (sampling).
• Lead/mentor Early-Career Engineers and manage project tasks (scope, schedule, budget).
• Collaborate with Engineers, Geologists, and Scientists and interface with clients.
