• 8+ years hands-on software engineering experience.
• API design, data modeling, testing strategy, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in Go, Java, or Python.
• OpenShift/Kubernetes cluster lifecycle automation and Day-2 operations.
• Security/compliance expectations in the secure SDLC.
• Workflow orchestration at scale (Temporal favored).
• Strong communication across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative software solutions for virtualized cluster lifecycle automation.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance enforcement, and decommissioning via Platform APIs.
• Promote AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Apply SDLC tooling knowledge to improve automation value.
• Identify recurring issues and automate remediation for stability.
• Lead production-grade deployments and own technical solutions.
• Collaborate with large-scale infrastructure projects across teams.
