Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure disciplines.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise or large-scale environments.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Hyper-V at scale, including WSFC, live migration, S2D, and virtual networking.

Responsibilities

• Architect Hyper-V cluster designs across global pools, including WSFC, live migration, S2D, and vSwitch/SET topologies.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, patching, and decommissioning using PowerShell, DSC, and platform APIs.
• Develop and enhance a C#/.NET 8 workload management platform to scale workflows and orchestration.
• Benchmark compute and storage performance to guide capacity decisions.
