You will be a seasoned member of a small, high-paced agile team spanning global locations, delivering a first-class private cloud offering and enabling multiple hypervisor platforms across on-premise and public cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong system design, data modeling, and testing skills.
• Proficiency in Go, Java, PowerShell or Python for scalable apps.
• Experience with virtualization and Hyper-V.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hyper-V cluster lifecycle automation and production-grade deployments.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance enforcement, and decommissioning via PowerShell and APIs.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering practices and enforce secure coding, reviews, and testing.
• Improve automation value with SDLC tools and enterprise AI capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate recurring issues and improve stability.
• Lead production deployments, own technical solutions, and troubleshoot at scale.
• Collaborate on large-scale infrastructure projects across locations.
