• Cloud basics with AWS and cloud-native practices.
• Experience leading use of AI-assisted development tools and ensuring secure, validated outputs.
• Strong communication and leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions, design, develop, and troubleshoot complex problems beyond routine approaches.
• Build and support AI-native systems to expand eTrading capabilities.
• Promote AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Engage with Credit Sales and Trading partners to translate strategy into technical solutions.
• Architect and build new systems hands-on with secure, production-grade code.
• Lead architecture reviews and vendor/partner evaluations for new technologies.
• Support production systems with the L1 team to ensure reliability.
• Drive communities of practice around new technologies.
