Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on software development in large-scale distributed systems.
Strong experience with Java/J2EE and Spring Boot microservices.
Experience leading AI-assisted software development tools adoption and governance.

Responsibilities

Drive adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
Architect and implement resilient, scalable, low-latency services with secure, governed design.
Lead and mentor the development team, managing multiple deliverables across business groups.
Collaborate with architects, DBAs, and system admins to design and resolve issues.
Build ML pipelines for fraud detection and risk assessment; productionize models.
