• Proficiency with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and CodePipeline.
• Ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects.
• Experience with Agile practices, code reviews, automated testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot innovative software solutions.
• Lead adoption of technologies like Java, Spring, React, and Kafka.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review others' code.
• Define and drive technology roadmap focusing on data, analytics, and automation.
• Utilize AI, ML, and advanced analytics for real-time trade processing.
• Improve stability by eliminating recurring issues and automating processes.
• Build data pipelines and analytics workflows using Python, Databricks, Spark.
• Develop web applications and dashboards with modern stacks (React, Angular).
• Optimize data models, ETL/ELT processes, and integration frameworks for large financial data.
• Ensure data quality, security, lineage, and governance across platforms.
• Promote enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices and standardized validation.
