The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO seeks a Lead Design and Analysis Engineer focused on power architecture and electrical design for the MQ-25 project. You will work onsite at Berkeley, leading the development of complex electrical systems and interfacing hardware and software with naval requirements.

Candidates should have a strong background in electrical power architecture, systems engineering and requirements management, plus the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical) or related field.
• 14+ years experience for Level 5 Lead with bachelor’s; 12+ with masters; 9+ with PhD.
• ABET accreditation and security clearance experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer-focused development of complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
• Translate requirements into system architecture, hardware and interface specifications.
• Lead testing and validation to ensure designs meet operational and functional requirements.
• Research technology advances and make recommendations for investments.
