This hands-on role leads through technical depth, guides a Scrum team, mentors engineers, and drives architecture across AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake to enable real-time and batch data processing at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on coding in Java/Python/Scala.
• Proven ability to design reusable data platforms at scale.
• Experience with AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake in production.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery and leadership in a team.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver scalable data frameworks and platforms.
• Write production code daily and ensure quality and operability.
• Lead a Scrum team and set technical direction.
• Mentor engineers and raise code-review standards.
• Provide data governance and lineage guidance.
• Present designs and platform metrics to stakeholders.
