Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.

• Proficient in Python and/or Java.
• Deep knowledge of cloud, data engineering, and related processes.
• Experience using AI-assisted software development tools for coding and reviews.
• Strong focus on secure, compliant, scalable engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure, high-quality production code for data-intensive apps.
• Lead architecture decisions and engineering standards across teams.
• Define and govern AI-enabled workflows and multi-agent architectures.
• Promote AI-assisted engineering practices for quality and speed.
• Apply SDLC tools, including AI-assisted development and automation capabilities.
• Establish standards for LLM-based apps: RAG, embeddings, model serving.
• Advise cross-functional teams on technical matters in your domain.
• Ensure security, observability, and reproducibility at scale.
