Qualifications

• Formal software engineering training with 5+ years of experience.
• Hands-on system design, development, testing and operations at enterprise scale.
• Experience delivering production AI/ML systems and LLM-based architectures.
• Proven ability to lead use of AI-assisted development tools and validate AI outputs.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, and security.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure, high-quality production code for data-intensive apps and platforms.
• Mentor engineers and review code to improve quality and delivery.
• Design durable software frameworks used across teams.
• Govern AI-enabled engineering practices, tooling, and SDLC automation.
