Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in enterprise-scale environments.
• Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Designing and deploying production AI/ML systems, including LLM-based architectures and tool integrations.
• Expertise in Python or Java with strong coding practices and security awareness.
• Deep knowledge of cloud native development and data engineering.
• Experience coaching teams on responsible AI use and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Develops secure, high-quality production code for data-intensive applications and platforms; mentors engineers.
• Creates durable software frameworks and patterns used across teams.
• Designs and governs AI-enabled workflows and multi-agent architectures for regulated environments.
• Drives governance of AI practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
• Performs toolchain enhancements across SDLC, increasing automation and observability.
• Establishes standards for LLM-based apps (RAG, embeddings, vector stores) and model serving.
