Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Sales Operations or Commercial Operations leadership within branded pharmaceuticals.
• Experience with IQVIA, Symphony Health, claims data and other data assets.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in digital transformation, automation, AI, ML or workflow optimization.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration with Commercial IT.

Responsibilities

• Establish and drive the Commercial Operations strategy and governance framework.
• Develop a multi-year capability roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Lead readiness for new product launches, portfolio expansion and integrations.
• Support Sales leadership in field communications and incentive programs.
• Lead incentive compensation design, reporting, governance and effectiveness.
• Oversee health checks to ensure accurate payouts and field trust.
• Provide SME in segmentation, targeting, territory alignment and call planning.
• Lead CRM strategy and AI-driven insights and reporting.
• Identify requirements for system enhancements to improve productivity and UX.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs and performance management frameworks.
