Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Senior Technical Manager, Data, Analytics, and AI Solutions, to lead data, analytics, reporting, ETL, and AI-enabled initiatives. You will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to translate needs into scalable solutions that drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong communication, roadmap planning, and team leadership to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and long-term platform strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data, analytics, BI, ETL, reporting, solution delivery, or related tech roles.
• 3+ years of people leadership or technical team leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical work.
• Develop data, analytics, reporting, ETL, and AI solution roadmaps with phased implementation plans.
• Provide technical oversight across data pipelines, dashboards, data models, and analytics platforms.
• Mentor team members on data platforms, cloud technologies, and delivery practices.
