Job summary

Brunner is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics projects for multiple Brunner clients and contribute to R&D initiatives that keep our marketing services best-in-class.

You will work with internal teams and clients to optimize marketing outcomes, applying statistics, production-ready deployments, and clear communication. The role covers lifecycle stages from requirements to deployment and tool development, with opportunities to influence project success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a data science role.
• Strong foundation in regression, classification, forecasting, and optimization.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, relational databases, and relevant IDEs.
• Experience applying supervised and unsupervised ML algorithms.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI) or Python visualizations.
• Ability to integrate code with REST APIs and external data sources.
• Experience building and deploying data pipelines / ETL workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Version control with GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Select features, build and optimize models using ML/AI.
• Perform data mining and expand data resources.
• Process, cleanse and verify data for analysis.
• Create clear presentations with relevant visualizations.
• Develop automated systems and monitor their performance.
• Contribute to development of new tools and services.
• Build client rapport and identify new engagement opportunities.
