Job summary

Brunswick Corporation in Fond du Lac, WI (hybrid) seeks a Senior Technical Manager, Data, Analytics, and AI Solutions to lead the design, planning, and delivery of data, analytics, reporting, ETL, and AI-enabled solutions.

You will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to translate needs into scalable solutions, lead a team, and shape roadmaps and phased implementation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience leading data, analytics, BI, ETL, and solution delivery teams.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, design, and delivery of data, analytics, reporting, ETL, and AI-related solutions.
• Partner with architects, engineers, analysts, and business teams to define scalable approaches.
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Provide technical oversight across data pipelines, reporting environments, and analytics platforms.
• Manage intake, roadmap, and governance for data/analytics initiatives.
• Lead a team of technical, business, and data analysts and foster high performance.
