Job summary

The Brattle Group in Boston, MA seeks a Senior Enterprise Applications Engineer to design, build, and support data platforms, dashboards, and enterprise integrations. You will lead end-to-end solutions that enable analytics, automate processes, and advance AI initiatives across the firm.

Responsibilities include BI and data warehouse design, ETL pipelines, and implementing AI-enabled workflows using Python, C#, and Microsoft technologies. Strong collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience across a diverse technology base.
• Advanced proficiency in T‑SQL and SQL Server, including performance tuning.
• Strong experience developing applications, automation solutions, and data workflows using Python; AI tools desirable.
• Experience creating executive-level dashboards and self-service analytics using Power BI and SSRS.
• Proven experience designing data warehousing, data lakes and analytics solutions.
• Hands‑on ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and SSIS (or equivalents).
• Experience supporting and integrating enterprise applications.
• Ability to lead technical workstreams end-to-end and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• SharePoint administration/development in Microsoft 365 and on‑prem is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data solutions including data warehouse and BI solutions.
• Lead design and implementation of system integrations using APIs, web services, and data interfaces.
• Develop dashboards, data visualizations, reports using Power BI/SSRS to transform data into insights.
• Develop and optimize ETL and data integration pipelines with SQL, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Databricks.
• Build applications and automation workflows using Python, C#, and AI-enabled tools.
• Create AI‑driven workflows to improve business processes and efficiency.
• Lead projects end-to-end and partner with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
