Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a senior Lead Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You will lead a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation for a key enterprise customer, guiding adoption of best practices and delivering value through agile delivery.

As the primary customer liaison, you will mentor teams, manage relationships with senior stakeholders, and drive successful cloud-based software implementations within Life Sciences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management.
• Experience leading large-scale Enterprise projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication with senior/executive stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel 25-50% and easy access to an airport.
• Must be legally authorized to be employed in the EU; sponsorship for employment visa status is not anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Lead a key enterprise customer in IT Operations and implementation of Veeva Quality Cloud suite.
• Manage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program, overseeing all aspects of program and project management, including resource planning, team leadership, project tracking, and forecasting.
• Act as the primary customer liaison, managing all communication and relationships between the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee customer release management programs and IT operations for Veeva Quality Cloud suite.
• Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop customer adoption and enhancement roadmaps.
• Mentor project teams and junior consultants within the Quality Services organization.
• Guide customers in adopting Quality Cloud and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on continuous improvement.
