TP Mechanical Contractors is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee daily work of Service Techs in plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration. You will read blueprints, communicate with subcontractors, and represent the company on the job site.

Responsibilities include labor allocation, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A proven track record and relevant licenses are required to lead a team and support project success.

Qualifications

• 10 years commercial experience in plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration.
• HVAC and brazing license; EPA or Universal License.
• Type 2 or Universal Refrigerant License.
• HVAC, Hydronic and/or plumbing licenses are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manages day-to-day allocation of labor to ensure jobs are completed timely, completely and profitably.
• Troubleshoot and solve HVAC, hydronic, piping and control problems.
• Follow up with customers for quality assurance and ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as senior technical support for other Service Techs.
• Attend job site and office meetings; prepare forms and tool/equipment/material requests for projects.
• Able to work in emergency situations when called.
