Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on Infrastructure Engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional capacity programs at enterprise scale.
• Proven expertise in managing or governing technology capacity (ITIL) at large scale.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure KPIs and monitoring/observability tools.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and analytics (Grafana, Dynatrace, ELK) and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Go, JavaScript) to automate data pipelines and runbooks.
• Cloud experience (AWS) with multi-region patterns and SRE practices.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
• Track record of improving IT processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Capacity Management strategy and operating model.
• Lead cross-functional capacity planning across Application, Infrastructure, and SRE teams.
• Set and enforce capacity governance; lead working groups.
• Architect scalable, resilient capacity solutions.
• Advance observability with dashboards and KPIs.
• Drive automation with governed runbooks.
• Lead quarterly and event-based capacity planning across multi-region/cloud.
• Establish data standards and reconciled reporting.
• Produce executive-ready reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and uphold documentation and inclusion.
