Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer to drive architecture and delivery across hybrid platforms. You will lead teams, shape strategy, and ensure security, compliance, and performance while mentoring engineers.

This role requires deep cross-domain expertise and a track record of delivering complex infrastructure programs, with focus on hybrid cloud and enterprise-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with enterprise-level deployment of Microsoft Communication and Collaboration products in a hybrid environment.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Exchange, SMTP, and Identity Management in a hybrid environment.
• Experience leading teams of technologists and guiding/coaching teams toward strategic goals.
• Knowledge across hardware, networking, databases, storage, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, or performance assessments.
• Proficiency in infrastructure technologies and programming languages (e.g., scripting, Python).
• Deep technical knowledge across multiple domains and cloud technologies with public/private cloud migration experience.

Responsibilities

• Applies deep technical expertise to analyze complex data and systems, anticipate issues, and mitigate risk.
• Architects and implements changes across platforms to modernize technology processes.
• Owns infrastructure engineering in alignment with business requirements.
• Drives multiple complex programs and thought leadership within the product line.
• Ensures compliance, risk, security, and business objective alignment.
