Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field plus five years of related experience.
• Master's degree with two years of related experience also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Present to senior leaders and peers with executive presence and clear communications on milestones.
• Manage challenges and proactively seek solutions.
• Participate in SDLC planning, development, testing, reviews, and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritise backlog, and groom user stories.
• Formulate product feature roadmap with product owners and SMEs.
• Develop strategic initiatives aligned with high-level business objectives.
• Conduct structured analysis per Agile SDLC and produce analysis documentation.
• Document current processes and identify optimization opportunities with developers.
• Facilitate demos and walkthroughs to gain business consensus on designs.
• Assist sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with scrum teams to design alternative solutions if needed.
• Assist in testing features and in estimating/scheduling product tasks.
• Support IT in troubleshooting and opportunities for improvement.
