• 5+ years in engineering solutions for multiple high-tech industries including military.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Automated Test Equipment and CTK solutions engineering.
• Manage 12+ engineers’ performance, career tracks, training and growth.
• Coordinate resource planning with operations and project management.
• Support business development for ATE/CTK accounts including proposals.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leadership to deliver the roadmap.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes.
