Job summary

The role requires a track record of engineering leadership in high-tech industries, excellent communication, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. ITAR-restricted environment; US citizens or permanent residents preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or science; MS a plus.
• 10+ years in leadership/management of 12+ engineers.
• Supervise engineers across multiple projects in dynamic environments.
• 5+ years engineering solutions serving multiple high-tech industries.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, engineers, PMs and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage 12+ engineers’ performance, career tracks, training and growth.
• Motivate and guide team to maintain high productivity and quality.
• Support onboarding, development and retention of engineering talent.
• Own resource planning and allocation for assigned staff and coordinate with operations.
• Support business development for ATE and CTK accounts with estimating and proposals.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leadership to deliver the engineering roadmap.
• Work with quality for continuous improvement of processes and practices.
