Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Technical product troubleshooting skills.
• General electronic soldering skills and inspection knowledge.
• Ability to work with a range of materials, from small intricate parts to larger heavy parts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products from wire diagrams and engineering drawings.
• Use hand and/or power tools to complete assemblies.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble assemblies per specifications.
• Perform solder rework and repair of printed circuit boards.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
