Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field with 5+ years in manufacturing, or Master's with 3+ years.
• Demonstrated drive, innovation, and initiative.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions within an operation.
• Ability to develop relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to develop and sustain assembly instructions, routers, and tooling for brownfield environments.
• Contribute to production system development and lean methods to reduce cost without compromising quality.
• Develop new technical solutions and efficient production lines based on Lean principles.
• Support 5S, idea systems, and cross-functional engagement with Assemblers and Inspectors.
• Develop factory layouts and production flow in coordination with existing facilities.
