Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience aligning with the Lead Assembler level.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Technical product troubleshooting skills and problem solving.
• General electronic soldering skills and inspection knowledge.
• Ability to work with a range of materials from small parts to larger components.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products from wire diagrams and engineering drawings and follow instructions.
• Use hand and/or power tools to complete assemblies.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble assemblies per specifications.
• Perform solder rework and repair of PCBs (through-hole and surface mount).
• Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and training to team members.
• Recognize deviations from standards and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead the most complex assignments requiring independent action and judgment.
