Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Lead Analyst, Enterprise Data Governance, to own the enterprise data quality framework and measurement across data domains. You will drive CDEs, thresholds, and executive scorecards, with remediation from source.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years in data quality, data management, or analytics leadership of a multi-domain program.
• Experience building Data Quality frameworks, rules, scorecards, and remediation processes.
• Strong analytical skills and SQL proficiency; able to profile large datasets.
• Experience presenting quality performance to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise Data Quality policy, framework, and methodology and drive adoption.
• Define CDE methodology and support groups in identifying CDEs and thresholds.
• Build and run Board-level DQ scorecards; track baselines and trends.
• Oversee remediation: track issues to source and drive root-cause analysis.
• Assess master data quality via Enterprise MDM, independently of execution.
• Translate quality performance into business outcomes and cost-of-poor-quality terms.
