Stryker is seeking a Senior Lead Analyst, Enterprise Data Governance to own the enterprise data quality framework, threshold setting, and KPI-based measurement. You will deliver Board-level scorecards, drive remediation at the source, and ensure independent data quality assessment across domains.

You will partner with domain teams, leverage Enterprise MDM insights, and translate quality metrics into business impact such as working capital, close cycles, and cost of poor quality.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Management, Business, or a related field is required.
• 6+ years in data quality, data management, or analytics with enterprise/multi-domain DQ ownership.
• Experience building Data Quality frameworks, rules, scorecards, and remediation processes.
• Strong analytical and SQL capability; ability to profile and interpret large data sets.
• Experience presenting quality performance to senior leadership.

Mansioni

• Author and maintain the enterprise Data Quality Policy, framework, and methodology; socialize and drive adoption.
• Define the CDE methodology and support Domain Working Groups in identifying CDEs and setting defensible thresholds.
• Build and run Board-level Data Quality (DQ) scorecards; establish baselines and report trends against them.
• Oversee remediation: track issues to closure at source, escalate systemic defects, and drive root-cause analysis with process and system owners.
• Independently assess master data quality reported by Enterprise MDM, so measurement is separated from execution.
• Translate quality performance into business outcomes and cost-of-poor-quality terms.
