Qualifications

• 7+ years of Software Engineering experience and formal training.
• Experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
• Experience with cloud, AI/ML, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in Java and Python for cloud and CI/CD.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases (Cassandra) and messaging (Kafka).
• Develop RESTful APIs and ensure service integration.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions and tackles non-routine technical problems.
• Develops secure production code, and reviews and debugs code from others.
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation and improve stability.
• Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams for architecture assessments.
• Leads communities of practice to promote new technologies across engineering.
• Fosters a team culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect.
