Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience leading enterprise AI-assisted development tools usage with governance and validation.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure handling, resiliency and security.
• Advanced skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with automation and continuous delivery methods.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC/CI/CD, resiliency, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical guidance to business and technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develops secure production code and reviews code written by others.
• Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices with measurable validation standards.
• Applies SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation value at scale.
