Job summary

CVS is seeking a Senior Lead AI Developer to architect and deliver AI-driven finance technology solutions on a remote basis. The role partners with business leaders and SMEs to translate processes into automated AI workflows and to design scalable AI/ML architectures that can scale across the enterprise.

You will lead the build-out of Generative AI, ML, and automation solutions, develop semantic layers with RAG/Knowledge Graphs, and enable NLP-based querying across large relational datasets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software/AI/ML development with cloud and distributed architectures.
• Hands-on with Azure, GCP, and AWS.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• GenAI and ML solution design and implementation expertise.
• Experience building semantic layers with RAG, Knowledge Graphs.

Responsibilities

• Work with business leaders and SMEs to map processes and pain points.
• Design AI-enabled solutions transforming end-to-end processes.
• Create AI/ML architectures and lead implementation.
• Develop Generative AI, ML, and automation workflows.
• Build semantic layers using RAG and Knowledge Graphs.
• Present designs and roadmaps to large IT audiences.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the team.
