The role requires extensive experience with Generative AI, cloud-native architectures, and multi-team collaboration to deliver measurable business outcomes in healthcare technology.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, ML, or AI engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading engineering teams or architecture initiatives for enterprise-scale platforms.
• Proven experience designing, building, and operating cloud-native applications on AWS and/or GCP.
• Experience delivering production AI solutions including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and modern software practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing AI/engineering team.
• Define technical vision, standards, and architecture for enterprise AI platforms.
• Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery across SDLC ensuring security, reliability, and cost objectives.
