Job summary

Pharmaron is seeking a Scientist II/III, LCMS Method Development to join our Exton, PA Bioanalytical Sciences team. You will contribute to development and validation of LC-MS/MS bioanalytical methods across small molecules, peptides, and complex modalities, supporting discovery and development programs.

The role requires a strong background in HPLC/LC-MS/MS, GLP-regulated studies, and collaboration with project teams to deliver high-quality data for regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of bioanalytical testing experience for Scientist II; 4+ years for Scientist III.
• Experience with development and GLP-regulated bioanalytical studies.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop, optimize, validate, and troubleshoot LC-MS/MS bioanalytical methods.
• Design studies to meet sponsor and internal objectives.
• Execute and support bioanalytical testing for DMPK and regulated studies.
• Review study protocols and report data; author reports and summaries.
