Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Senior Manager for LC-MS Bioanalysis in Madison, WI. You will lead method development/validation teams, oversee GMP-compliant workflows, and drive scientific excellence for pharmaceutical clients globally.

You will mentor scientists, guide method transfers, troubleshoot analyses, and stay aligned with GLP/GCP standards while advancing innovation and client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years in regulated LC-MS bioanalysis including development and validation.
• 5+ years leading scientific teams in a regulated lab environment.
• 3+ years working with GLP, GCP and bioanalytical regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams of bioanalytical scientists focused on LC-MS method development and validation.
• Provide technical guidance for method development, transfer, troubleshooting, validation, and sample analysis.
• Support internal teams and clients through scientific consultation and problem-solving.
• Stay current with emerging bioanalytical technologies and regulatory expectations.
• Partner with commercial and project teams on study strategy and client interactions.
