Job summary

Labcorp in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a LCMS Method Development Scientist III to support our Global Bioanalytical team. The role focuses on advanced bioanalytical method development and leadership in LC/MS/MS applications.

The candidate will conduct complex development studies, mentor staff, and contribute to publications and technical policies. A minimum degree with 6+ years of experience (or MSc/PhD with relevant years) is required, with expertise in HPLC/GC/LC-MS/MS and data interpretation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science with 6+ years of bioanalytical lab experience, or MSc with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
• Experience in bioanalytical method development preferred.
• Experience with LC/MS/MS instrumentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts complex development studies for bioanalytical assays.
• Implements new techniques and instrumentation to improve operations.
• Provides leadership in troubleshooting and problem solving in bioanalysis.
• Directs and conducts studies in bioanalytical chemistry.
• Authors and presents scientific work in journals and meetings.
• Mentors and trains staff on techniques and data analysis.
