Job summary

Eurofins Discovery Services in St. Charles, MO is seeking a Scientist II – Analytical Chemist to advance LC-MS method development for ADME/DMPK and BioAnalysis. You will lead and mentor junior scientists, manage lab operations, and support project teams while performing method development and validation in a fast-paced CRO setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of LC-MS experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and a PhD/M.S./B.S. with corresponding industry exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years LC-MS in CRO or industry lab.
• Bioanalytical method development for small/large molecules.
• Validation experience per FDA/ICH/OECD guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop LC-MS methods for ADME/DMPK and BioAnalysis.
• Lead and mentor junior scientists; assist lab management.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of MS and HPLC systems.
• Support method validation and data QC for projects.
• Provide solutions and drive process improvements.
• Contribute to internal/external project teams.
