Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a Sr. Staff Systems Engineer (level 6) to support the Sentinel program in Roy, UT. The role focuses on requirements definition, architecture development, and system integration across large, multi-domain systems.

Responsibilities include collaborating with IPTs, maturing architecture content, and ensuring requirements are properly represented in models; strong leadership and cross-discipline partnership are essential.

Qualifications

• 14+ years STEM experience or 12+ with a Master's
• U.S. citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance
• 8+ years of experience implementing and using model-based systems engineering tools
• 5+ years of experience demonstrating strong program execution; meet milestones
• 4+ years of experience with launch systems, facility design, or military aerospace development

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop engineering artifacts.
• Develop system architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
• Develop and allocate system requirements; ensure traceability.
• Contribute to system requirements development, management and analysis.
• Develop unifying modeling techniques and processes for tool integration.
