Qualifications

• 5+ years in a high-velocity operations environment such as theme parks or hospitality.
• ITSM processes for Incidents, Problems, Changes, and Release Management.
• Experience translating data into recommendations that improve process or performance.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience with cross-functional facilitation and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Drive service availability improvements across product, engineering, operations, and support teams.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma exercises including root cause analysis and workshop facilitation.
• Analyze operational data and KPI trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations and drive cross-functional implementation.
• Design and build dashboards and executive summaries for monitoring performance.
• Provide on-site CSI and Launch Readiness support for major initiatives.
