Abivax is seeking a Head of Commercial Launch Excellence to choreograph the end-to-end readiness of our first IBD asset for the US market. This role coordinates corporate, medical, regulatory, and commercial teams, establishing governance, dashboards, and decision data to support rapid, informed execution.

The candidate will shape launch strategy, manage external PMO partners, and drive alignment with senior leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• 10+ years in biotechnology/pharma/healthcare consulting or related industries.
• Experience leading launch planning, strategic operations, Commercial PMO leadership, or corporate strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead launch strategy and readiness, establishing governance, milestones, and metrics across functions.
• Provide strategic operations and enterprise planning to align objectives with launch goals.
• Support executive communications, governance, and external narrative for major milestones.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards with analytics teams to track progress and decisions.
• Build scalable Launch Excellence capability for post-launch optimization and potential geographic expansion.
